Refund policy

We want you to feel confident trying The Moon Journal™.

If for any reason the journal doesn’t feel supportive or useful, we offer a 30-day refund window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• The journal must be in unused or gently used condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible

To start a return, please contact us at hello@guided-within.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide next steps.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
